LGBTQ+ Counseling
My Approach
In LGBTQ+ counseling, I provide a safe and affirming space for individuals to explore their identity, navigate challenges related to their sexual orientation or gender identity, and cultivate a sense of self-acceptance and empowerment. Drawing from my own experiences as a queer therapist, I offer cultural humility and compassionate care tailored to the unique needs of the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is affirming, validating, and non-judgmental, honoring the diversity and resilience of each individual's journey.
